Recent weeks have seen great changes to the stimulus programs introduced in the CARES Act. From the Paycheck Protection Program to the Economic Injury Disaster Relief Program, freelancers and small businesses have been given conflicting advice and shifting guidance. In addition, the unemployment provisions of CARES have been rolled out haphazardly throughout the states, and are more confusing than ever.
